NABSP Leadership Forum: LRMR Marketing
Monday, February 1st, The Cleveland Chapter of the National Association of Black Sports Professionals presented their February professional development leadership forum in association with Fox Sports Ohio.
The event featured guest speakers, Maverick Carter & Randy Mims of LRMR Marketing. It was held at Bridges Restaurant in Quicken Loans Arena.

“Party Your Fat Away”
Miesha Wilson and NuLife Fitness along with a number of other local partners held a fitness party, “Party Your Fat Away,” at the NuLife Superior location. A number of free and exciting activities including pole dancing lessons, zumba, line dancing, and massages were provided for all who attended.
Music was provided by DJ Steph Floss.

CCYD General Body Meeting
On December 9th, the general body of Cuyahoga County Young Democrats (CCYD) held a meeting at LaBoca Restaurant. Councilman Matt Zone addressed the CCYD members and discussed forward thinking leadership connecting to forward thinking young professionals.
A number of local leaders were in attendance including Councilmen Terrell Pruitt, Eugene Miller, Matt Zone, and others.

Saturday, December 12th, The Basheer Jones Foundation presented their first annual “Battle of the Frats: Alphas Vs. Que’s.” All proceeds of the event benefit scholarships for Northeast Ohio students.
